You will lead a team of engineers, partnering with operations, planning and leadership to translate priorities into executable plans in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs, monitor cycle time and throughput, and drive continuous improvements to manufacturing performance while building a high‑performing engineering

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or high‑volume production.
• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, planning, or factory control systems 24x7.
• Proven ability to analyze manufacturing data and drive improvements.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, reporting, and operational reviews.
• Proficiency with MES, automation tools, and data analysis platforms.
• Experience with C++, Java, Python, SQL or advanced queries.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of engineers for factory scheduling, dispatching, reporting and WIP optimization.
• Drive short‑term production scheduling and dispatch strategies to maximize factory performance.
• Establish and maintain factory reporting dashboards and KPIs.
• Monitor and optimize WIP flow, cycle time, throughput, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with operations, engineering, planning and leadership to align priorities.
• Provide insights to support capacity planning and business objectives.
• Foster accountability, problem solving and operational excellence.
