• Translates orders into a sequential work schedule.
• Analyzes production specifications and capacity data to determine processes, tools and staffing.
• Plans and schedules workflow for each department according to lead times.
• Plans sequence of operations; confers with supervisors to determine status.
• Expedites operations delaying schedules and adjusts schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Prepares production reports and may prepare lists and purchase orders.
• Collaborates with internal and external personnel to implement services and programs.
• Gives scheduling support through team and inter-office communications.
