Wolfspeed in Mohawk Valley Fab seeks a Factory Scheduling and Reporting Integration Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for factory scheduling, dispatching, reporting and WIP optimization in a 24x7 environment. You will drive short-term scheduling strategies, establish dispatching priorities, and ensure resources align to meet objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, or high-volume production.
• Experience with production scheduling, dispatching, manufacturing planning, or factory control systems in a 24x7 environment.
• Experience analyzing manufacturing data and driving improvements in cycle time, throughput, and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, reporting systems, and operational review processes.
• Proficiency with MES, factory automation tools, and data analysis platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in C++, Java, Python, SQL, or writing advanced database queries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for factory scheduling, dispatching, reporting and WIP optimization.
• Drive short-term production scheduling and dispatch strategies to maximize factory performance.
• Establish and maintain factory reporting dashboards, KPIs, and operational reviews.
• Monitor and optimize WIP flow, cycle time, throughput, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with operations, engineering, planning, and leadership teams to align factory priorities and execution.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations to support business objectives and capacity planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability, problem solving, and operational excellence.
