Qualifications

• Preferably 2–3 years of production and/or supervisory experience, ideally in automotive.
• Minimum education level: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree.
• Operational knowledge of production methods (Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; committed to safety and quality.
• Customer focus and drive for results.
