Reframe Systems in the greater Boston area is seeking a Warehouse Manager to own everything from receiving to material staging for a high-mix factory that builds homes indoors. You will manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and the kanban replenishment program while supervising the receiving and movement team.

You’ll work on-site, report to the Head of Supply Chain, collaborate with procurement and production leadership, and help plan the warehouse for our next facility, ensuring safe

Competenze

• 4+ years in warehouse, inventory, or materials mgmt in manufacturing or construction.
• Hands-on experience with an inventory or ERP system.
• Experience with lean replenishment methods (kanban, min/max, cycle counting).
• Forklift experience; certification a plus, and we'll train and certify you if needed.
• Comfortable working in an active factory and outdoor yard year-round.
• Organized, detail-driven, and willing to own problems end to end.

Mansioni

• Own receiving: verify inbound deliveries against PO, resolve discrepancies, and put away material the same day.
• Own inventory accuracy: maintain the inventory system of record, run cycle counts, keep on-hand quantities trustworthy for planning.
• Run kanban replenishment: set reorder points, manage bin locations, and execute replenishment buying for stock items.
• Stage and kit material to the production line so builders never wait on material handling.
• Own warehouse and yard organization: layout, labeling, racking, and safe material flow including forklift operations.
• Prevent stockouts: flag shortages before they hit the line and close the loop with procurement.
• Support move to next factory: help plan warehouse/yard layout in new facility and execute transfer.
• Give day-to-day direction to receiving and material movement staff and keep priorities clear.
• Support EHS Manager with hazardous materials accountability and OSHA compliance.
