Gateway Search Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Factory Finance Controller to oversee financial management, cost control, and accounting operations for a U.S. manufacturing facility. The role partners with factory leadership and corporate finance to strengthen controls and support operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in manufacturing finance, factory cost control, and a Big Four background, with strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and Mandarin-English fluency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance/accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and local accounting rules.
• Experience with factory cost control and operational finance.
• Big Four background highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting for the U.S. facility and reporting.
• Establish factory cost control processes including budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor costs: direct materials, labor, overhead, inventory and other expenses.
• Provide financial insights to factory management and corporate.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as required.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Support implementation of financial systems and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain to improve efficiency.
