Qualifications

• Engineering/technical undergraduate degree (MBA preferred).
• Total 16+ years of experience with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
• Transformer experience preferred.
• Experience in strategic development.
• Operations experience in a multi-factory environment.
• Experience leading in lean management systems (or similar).

• Manage overall manufacturing operations and staff across factory functions.
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Provide a safe and healthy environment for employees.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental directives and regulations.
• Assess risks and implement plans to ensure people and equipment safety.
• Instill ITM philosophy across the organization.
• Develop and execute plans to reduce non-value-added costs and improve yields.
• Ensure ITM maturity development training is implemented.
