Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking aTechnical Program Manager for Industrial Engineering focused on Factory Design in Pittsburgh.

You will lead factory design initiatives, coordinate across Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, Construction, and Operations, and own the change-request lifecycle using MaintainX or Quickbase. The role requires 5+ years in technical project management within manufacturing, strong scheduling and governance skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Navisworks, ACC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required.
• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience in manufacturing or factory design.
• Experience with factory layouts, equipment integration, and infrastructure requirements.
• Proficiency with MaintainX or Quickbase for change management and ticketing.
• Strong scheduling, risk assessment, and progress reporting abilities.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, ACC, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee factory design projects from concept to implementation.
• Develop integrated project schedules, milestones, and deliverable commitments.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to align scopes and technical requirements.
• Manage change requests in MaintainX or Quickbase, including approvals and closure.
• Plan facility layouts and governance for master layouts and equipment placement.
• Coordinate cross-functional decisions to support project delivery.
• Identify risks and protect milestones through proactive follow-up.
• Maintain program visibility with dashboards, logs, and progress reports.
• Standardize design review and documentation workflows with construction schedules.
