Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field with 9+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Large-scale construction budgets exceeding 2 billion.
• Scheduling tools and data analysis for construction management.
• Cost estimation, design review processes, and change control protocols.
• Construction standards related to mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
• Master's degree with 6+ years of experience preferred in construction PM.
• Experience with strategic planning and root-cause failure analysis in construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-budget construction projects, including new factory builds, tool installations, and progressive renovations, ensuring alignment with production needs.
• Formulate long-range planning roadmaps in collaboration with manufacturing strategic planning teams.
• Coordinate construction schedules with factory teams, finance, and supply chain to meet wafer production timelines.
• Develop and report on construction metrics to monitor program health, timelines, and quality.
• Troubleshoot onsite issues and perform root-cause analysis to maintain momentum and quality.
• Foster integration with Intel's construction partners and internal teams across multiple functions.
• Oversee contracting strategies, scope definitions, schedules, and project budgets with change controls.
• Review CSA, electrical, mechanical, and process designs for scope alignment and quality.
• Demonstrate ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive collaboration in a dynamic environment.
• Analyze priorities and communicate effectively to deliver results.
