Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to advance data-driven manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement through analytics and reporting. You will collaborate with Operations and Decision Intelligence teams to develop data solutions using UFDM and Power BI.

You will lead data modeling, visualization, and dashboard delivery, ensuring data accuracy and governance while partnering with IT, engineering, and manufacturing teams to enable informed decisions at all levels of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong data modeling, visualization, and analytics skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and DAX.
• Experience developing and managing Power BI dashboards/reports.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy; strong communication/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to define data/reporting requirements aligned with operational goals.
• Lead development, deployment, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards to support decision-making across the enterprise.
• Analyze operational datasets to identify insights and trends for informed decisions at all levels.
• Drive adoption of UFDM and analytics platform across manufacturing facilities.
• Partner with engineering/IT/DI teams to acquire data points and ensure data quality.
• Maintain consistent visual/reporting standards across Power BI workspaces.
• Ensure data governance practices align with DI framework and provide user training.
