Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 2-4+ years of data science/AI experience and strong data cleaning/analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
• Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) for scalable AI deployment.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD).
• Experience applying LLMs including prompt engineering and tuning; responsible AI.
• Ability to visualize data using Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
• Strong communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Exposure to AI agents or LangChain/LangGraph is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing and supply chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models.
• Engineer and maintain scalable data pipelines for AI/ML workflows.
• Develop reusable components, APIs, and automation scripts for AI adoption.
• Support model lifecycle management including monitoring and retraining.
• Implement MLOps practices for version control and automated deployment.
• Develop analytics dashboards and tools to communicate model results.
• Apply prompt engineering and RAG for LLM solutions; fine-tune models.
• Build LLM-powered agents to automate multi-step tasks.
• Ensure responsible AI practices: fairness, transparency, compliance.
• Gather and analyze large datasets to support AI initiatives.
• Conduct experiments and statistical analyses to validate models.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovations.
