Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking an Operations Data Analyst in Webster, NY to advance data-driven manufacturing operations and collaborate with Operations and DI teams. You will use UFDM to create reporting and analytics enabling informed decisions at each factory.

You will lead Power BI dashboards, data governance, and training, ensuring data quality, consistency, and impactful insights across multiple plants in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, visualization, and analytics with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in SQL and DAX programming languages.
• Experience developing and managing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to data accuracy and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Detail-oriented with data integrity in mind.
• Self-starter with growth mindset and ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to define data and reporting requirements aligned with operational goals.
• Lead development, deployment, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports for factory-wide decision support.
• Analyze operational datasets to uncover insights and trends for decision-making at all levels.
• Drive adoption of UFDM and analytics platform across facilities and Operations.
• Partner with engineering, IT, and DI teams to acquire data points and ensure data quality through validation.
• Maintain consistent visuals and reporting standards across Power BI workspaces.
• Uphold data governance within DI teams framework.
• Provide training and support to end users to boost data literacy and BI tool usage.
