Job summary

Peter Pan BMW, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As a Flat Rate Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay for this position is based on production. Starts at flat rate at $52.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• BMW technician experience preferred; OEM factory certification required.
• Brand knowledge is a plus.

As a Flat Rate Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay for this position is based on production. Starts at flat rate at $52.75 per hour. Expected pay is $96k-144k per year based on productivity and qualifications.

What We Are Looking For

• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment, 3+ years of dealership experience. Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience as a BMW Technician is highly preferred; factory-certified technicians from other automotive manufacturers are encouraged to apply.
• Current or previous OEM factory certification is required.
