Crevier BMW in Santa Ana, CA seeks an experienced Flat Rate Technician to perform repairs and maintenance to factory specifications, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay starts at $33 per hour with an expected annual range of $70,000–$200,000 based on productivity and qualifications. A sign-on bonus of up to $6,000 may be available.

Qualifications

Crevier BMW, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and help us deliver an extraordinary customer experience.

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $6,000.

As a Flat Rate Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.

Pay for this position is based on production. Starts at a flat rate of $33 per hour. Expected pay is $70,000- $200,000 per year based on productivity and qualifications.
