Peter Pan BMW, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. As a Flat Rate Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay for this position is based on production. Starts at flat rate at $52.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• BMW technician experience preferred; OEM factory certification required.
• Brand knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles.
• Produce high-quality work and complete repairs within manufacturer time standards.
• Clearly communicate technical findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors.
