Job summary

BMW of San Diego, Inc. is seeking an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our Penske Automotive Group team. You will perform repairs and maintenance in line with factory and dealership specifications to deliver a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Brand knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate findings and estimates clearly to Service Advisors.
