Job summary

Loudoun County Government is seeking a Facility Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the operations of the Facility Warehouse, manage inventory control, and coordinate orders and deliveries. This role requires leadership of warehouse staff and collaboration with DGS budget and procurement.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with several years of related supervisory experience, proficiency in inventory software (WASP or similar), and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of related work experience and some lead/supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with invoicing, PCard consolidation, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of MSDS/Hazardous Materials storage and disposal.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse inventory control and use Inventory Management Software.
• Process routine orders and deliveries; generate purchase orders and receive items.
• Coordinate large project-related material control orders with Budget & Procurement.
• Supervise technicians in material package preparation and deliveries to job sites.
• Manage tool and equipment exchange program and asset check-in/check-out systems.
• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate satellite stock rooms.
