Job summary

Agile, a proud member of Home Brands Group LLC, is seeking a Facility Technician in Phoenix, AZ. The role ensures equipment runs smoothly and processes produce quality parts with a 2nd shift from 1:00pm to 9:30pm after initial training on first shift.

You will troubleshoot quickly, work well independently or with a team, and contribute to a safe, efficient facility. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Self-motivated; mechanically inclined.
• Entry level role.
• Prior forklift experience and willingness to get certified.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Welding aptitude.
• Experience troubleshooting automation systems and PLCs is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklift, scissor lift and/or stand-up reach lift.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and equipment by implementing preventive maintenance programs; testing and repairing components.
• Improves function and reliability by studying performance results and implementing changes.
• Meets operating standards by contributing to plans and standards; resolving problems.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Repairs equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other facility components.
• Modifies, lubricates, diagnoses, and operates equipment.
