Job summary

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facility Technician for a contract opportunity in Chelmsford, MA. Responsibilities include handling routine facilities issues and basic equipment troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems, following work orders, logging completed work, and providing limited janitorial support when needed.

Must be able to obtain security clearance (interim clearance to start) and have 2+ years of maintenance, facilities, and general maintenance experience.
