Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC seeks a 2nd shift Facility Maintenance Technician (Contractor) to perform general upkeep and basic repairs for plant and office facilities at the Chelmsford microelectronics site, with occasional support for other buildings.

Location: 16 Maple Road, Chelmsford, MA 01824. Shift: Night shift, Mon-Thu 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM. Requires HS diploma, 2+ years maintenance experience, ability to obtain security clearance; PPE provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade cert preferred.
• 2+ years maintenance and facilities experience.
• Ability to obtain interim/secret security clearance before start.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facilities maintenance and basic repairs.
• Follow work orders, inspect and log completed work.
• Operate hand/power tools; provide limited janitorial support when needed.
