Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle routine facilities issues and basic equipment troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Follow work orders, conduct inspections, log completed work, and provide limited janitorial support when needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and perform preventative maintenance as required.
