Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• No degree required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of facilities experience.
• 2+ years of general maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Working the M-TH 2nd shift (≈2:30pm–1am), handles routine facilities issues and basic equipment troubleshooting (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Follows work orders, conducts inspections, logs completed work, and provides limited janitorial support when workload permits.
