The Fairway Lounge in Meridian, Idaho seeks an energetic Teaching Professional to join our growing indoor golf facility.

As an independent teaching professional, you will build your own client base, keep 100% of lesson revenue, and use TrackMan technology in a year-round environment. We support you with facility access, marketing, and flexible six-month terms to grow your business.

Qualifications

• PGA Professional or PGA Associate level is preferred.

The Fairway Lounge is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and personable Teaching Professional to join our growing golf facility in Meridian, Idaho.

The Fairway Lounge is a modern indoor golf facility built to be more than just a simulator. We offer four private TrackMan simulator bays, a large putting and chipping green, a fitness area, and a comfortable lounge environment.

Our goal is to create a welcoming home for golfers of all skill levels while helping players improve their games through quality instruction, technology, and an enjoyable experience.The Teaching Professional will be responsible for providing individual and group golf instruction, player development programs, club fittings, playing assessments, and other golf-related services.

This position is an opportunity for a motivated PGA Professional to establish and grow their own instruction business while utilizing the facility's TrackMan technology and amenities.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping golfers improve, comfortable working with players of varying skill levels, and interested in becoming an active part of the local golf community.

Experience Required

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual and group golf lessons
• Develop instruction programs for juniors, beginners, recreational players, and competitive golfers
• Utilize TrackMan technology to provide data-driven instruction and player assessments
• Conduct club fittings and equipment evaluations
• Build and maintain a strong client base
• Participate in leagues, tournaments, clinics, and other facility events
• Help create a welcoming and engaging environment for members and guests
• Promote golf instruction and player development opportunities at The Fairway Lounge
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with members, guests, and the Fairway Lounge team

Benefits

This position is structured as an independent teaching professional opportunity, allowing the instructor to build and operate their own lesson business within The Fairway Lounge.

The Teaching Professional will retain 100% of lesson revenue and will not be required to charge lesson clients a separate day-pass fee. The Fairway Lounge provides the facility, TrackMan technology, putting and chipping area, and overall environment while the instructor is responsible for building and managing their instructional clientele.

Monthly facility rent will be based on the number of active clients.The first 2 months are free, providing the instructor an opportunity to establish their presence, begin building clientele, and become familiar with the facility.

After the initial introductory period, the agreement will transition to six-month terms. At the beginning of each six-month agreement, the monthly facility rate will be determined based on the instructor's average number of active clients during the three months immediately preceding the new agreement.

The Teaching Professional will have access to The Fairway Lounge's TrackMan simulator bays and practice facilities for instruction, subject to facility scheduling and availability. This provides the opportunity to offer private lessons, group instruction, clinics, player-development programs, and club fittings in a professional, year-round indoor environment.

The goal of this arrangement is to create a low-overhead opportunity for a motivated PGA Professional to build their own book of business while having the technology, facility, and support of The Fairway Lounge behind them.

We are flexible to the agreement style though and can talk through that with the right candidate.
