Job summary

Birdie Central in Spring, TX invites independent golf instructors to join a climate-controlled indoor clubhouse. You set your lesson prices, your schedule, and your programs; we provide the bays, data, booking and payment, and introduce you to our members.

As a 1099 contractor, you earn a revenue share based on your lesson rates. There is no base pay, tips go to you, and you can grow by offering clinics and camps. We handle marketing and operations while you focus on teaching.

Qualifications

• PGA/LPGA member or associate preferred but not required.
• Comfortable teaching with launch-monitor data (Uneekor/TrackMan/GCQuad) and video.
• Enjoys teaching juniors, beginners and improving players.
• Self-starter who will build and market own lesson business.
• Liability insurance, two references and junior background check.

Birdie Central is building a roster of independent golf instructors who want a year-round, climate-controlled home for their teaching. We are an indoor golf clubhouse in Spring, TX, 0.6 miles from Gleannloch Pines Golf Club.

You run your business: your prices, your schedule, your programs and your marketing. We provide the bays, the data, booking and payment, and we introduce you to our members and guests.

The facility

• Six simulator bays with Uneekor Eye XO2 launch monitors and 4K projection, including two private suites for one-on-one lessons and four open bays for clinics and groups
• 24/7 access for vetted guests through keypad PIN entry, so you can teach before and after staffed hours
• Whoosh online booking, Square payments, a lounge with beer and wine service, and a growing member base that includes a Junior membership tier

What you control

• Your lesson prices, packages and promotions
• Your schedule, with no minimum hours
• Your programs: private lessons, junior development, beginner and women's clinics, camps, school teams
• Your marketing; students you bring stay your clients, and the role is non-exclusive

How pay works

• Independent contractor (1099) with no base pay
• A competitive revenue share on lesson rates you set
• The pay range shown is an example of instructor earnings per lesson-hour at common lesson rates; actual earnings depend on your rates and bookings
• Tips are 100% yours, with added income from your own clinics and camps and a bonus for each lesson student who becomes a member
• Full partnership terms are shared in a first conversation

Who we are looking for
