Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to alarms, coordinate incident response, and support day-to-day operations, applying hands-on engineering and real-time monitoring skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and related trades.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or trade school certification.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical knowledge.
