ColonialWebb Contractors Company in Richmond, VA is seeking a dependable Facility Support Technician to help keep the manufacturing facility safe, clean, and operational. You will assist with basic facility and equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and moving materials to support a busy shop environment.

The role suits someone with basic mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work and team collaboration.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand or power tools.
• Manufacturing, maintenance, construction, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with basic facility and equipment maintenance.
• Perform minor repairs, painting, and general building upkeep.
• Support preventive maintenance tasks and help keep equipment in working order.
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Move materials, tools, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety hazards.
• Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Help with facility projects and continuous improvement efforts.
