ColonialWebb is seeking a dependable Facility Support Technician to help keep a manufacturing facility safe, clean, and operational. You will assist the maintenance team with basic repairs, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, and moving materials in a busy shop environment.

The role fits someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work and supporting daily operations. Includes learning opportunities, overtime potential, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.
• Manufacturing, maintenance, construction, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic facility and equipment maintenance.
• Perform minor repairs, painting, and general building upkeep.
• Support preventive maintenance tasks and ensure equipment stays in working order.
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Move materials, tools, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and safety hazards.
• Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Help with facility projects and continuous improvement efforts.
