Job summary

Comfort Suites Outlet Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the hotel is kept in top working order. You will plan and oversee preventative maintenance, handle basic carpentry, and address light to moderate plumbing and electrical issues, working closely with the Chief Engineer on certifications and inspections.

Job description

Comfort Suites Outlet Center is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician and offering a $350 Sign-on Bonus. The bonus will be distributed as follows: $50 after 14 days, $100 after 60 days and $200 after 90 days.

The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for making sure that our hotel is kept intop working order. You will plan and oversee preventative maintenance projects to take care ofourbuilding, andbe responsible for the operational safety of our guest and employee spaces.With your skills in basic level carpentry, you willbe in charge ofcosmetic repairs when needed,as well as resolving light to moderate plumbing and electrical issues if they arise. You will alsowork closely with the Chief Engineer to make sure that all certificates, licenses, permits andinspections are up to date.
