Nightwing is seeking a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic program in a world-class operations facility. The individual will be part of a small team supporting and caring for program buildings. The Technician must be able to work independently and as part of a team, handling a variety of tasks and assessing circumstances to determine appropriate technical solutions.

Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI with POLYGRAPH

Job Duties

• Perform a variety of tasks related to facilities janitorial and cleaning services, including flooring care, furniture and fixtures, trash collection, restrooms, and pantry maintenance.
• Prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications and follow safety instructions for chemical cleaners and equipment use.
• Transport heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies using hand trucks or manual methods.
• Operate power equipment to buff and clean floors, tile, and grout.
• Maintain organized and safe supply storage areas; ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Support facility moves and relocations.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair operations, inspecting work for quality and safety compliance.
• Support inventory management and quick procurement as needed.

Required Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic Qualifications

• Six (6) years of experience in commercial building cleaning and maintenance.
• Experience with hand tools, maintenance equipment, and cleaning solutions.
• Effective communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability and willingness to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Desired Qualifications

• Flexibility to support ad hoc requirements beyond immediate duties.
• Experience with power tools, safety codes, and safety procedures.
