How You’ll Make an Impact

The Facility Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in distributing bulk automotive lubricants, packaged goods, and ancillary products to meet customer requirements in the Direct Market network. Oversees repair and maintenance of facility equipment and assets. Responsible for EH&S, financial management, budget, and HR matters at the facility level.

Responsibilities Include

• Develop and lead safety programs to ensure warehouse safety, driving employee engagement and compliance with OSHA, EPA, environmental regulations, ISO work instructions, and company policies, maintaining proper records.
• Manage site activities to meet or exceed production and quality standards, efficiently utilizing staffing. Ensure timely shipping and receiving schedules.
• Handle personnel actions including hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary measures. Collaborate with HR to ensure policy compliance. Prepare and analyze efficiency, trend, and month-end reports.
• Oversee trucking operations, including drivers, DOT certifications, safety compliance, inventory levels, and customer-related issues.
• Ensure inventory cycle counts are conducted per SOX standards. High familiarity with SAP is preferred.
• Manage facility assets, including transfers and disposals.
• Train supervisors, staff, and leads for success and development to foster a supportive team environment.
• Coordinate with corporate departments such as management, quality, technical, customer service, supply chain, and others.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and other programs.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and sit/stand for extended periods.

Minimum 5 years of supervisor/management experience in plant operations, distribution, and warehouse management. Proven leadership in safety, logistics, and environmental compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and SAP.
