Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Facility Staffing Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive patient care across various healthcare settings in the United States. Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the United States.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• BLS certification at minimum; ACLS preferred.
• Clinical experience in acute care, long-term care, or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings to inform care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor and report adverse effects.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, plans, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols in accordance with facility policies.
• Respond promptly to emergencies within nursing scope and provide appropriate interventions.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and accreditation standards.
