Home Care Agency LLC is urgently seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in a fast-paced facility. You will perform assessments, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.

Candidates must hold a current RN license; a BSN is preferred (ADN considered). BLS and ACLS certifications are required, with hospital/clinical experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the relevant state.
• BSN preferred; ADN considered depending on experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in hospital or clinical settings is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team on care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Support patients and families with empathy and safety during procedures.
