Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a night shift RN for EPIC backfill (3x12s, 36-48 hours per week). Must have EPIC experience within the last 12 months and RN licensure in the state of practice. 24/7 facility support with a focus on coordinated patient care and safe environments.

Responsibilities include delivering nursing care per standards, supervising staff, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. BSN preferred; CPR/BLS required; ACLS/ARC-ALS needed as per AH policy.

Job Summary

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Job Requirements

Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred

Acute care facility experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

Facility Specific License/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

Department Specific License/Certifications: AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
