As a Facility Solutions Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You’ll train new clients, inspect contractor performance, handle client requests and complaints, and help grow our service offerings. • Utilize CRM tools to track client activities and schedule tasks efficiently.
• Keep all client service documentation up to date and accurate.
