You will lead branch operations, fleet planning, and staff development to deliver Legendary Customer Service and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in equipment rental, facility services, or branch management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; safety-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Directs all activities of a Facility Solutions location with profit and loss responsibilities.
• Lead branch operations and personnel; manage counter, dispatch, delivery, and service functions.
• Establish KPIs, standard work, and ensure white-glove customer service.
• Drive sales initiatives, market share, and customer retention across multiple sectors.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance; manage budgeting and financial reporting.
