Hensel Phelps is hiring a Facility Solutions Associate I to apply professional judgment in overseeing facility management processes and deliverables. You will review drawings and submittals, develop MEL, PFCs, and organize O&M manuals, training agendas, and asset tagging.
You will also schedule training, manage asset tagging, monitor schedules, and ensure systems meet contract requirements while coordinating with clients and trade partners.

The Facility Solutions Associate I role exercises professional judgment in implementing and overseeing processes and completing deliverables associated with facility management services and operations. Position will perform drawing, specification and submittal reviews, Master Equipment List (MEL) development, Pre-Functional Checklist (PFC) development, receiving and reviewing O&M manuals, training agendas, scheduling of training sessions, and asset QR tagging.
Light Work. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field including engineering, construction, or retro commissioning and/or a combination of education and experience.
