Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in team management or supervising staff.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams.
• Familiarity with state and federal safety regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Training and development: guide and coach cleaning staff with on‑the‑job training and feedback.
• Operations and supervision: oversee daily site cleaning operations and schedules, ensure standards.
• Client relations: serve as primary client contact during visits and address concerns.
• Quality assurance: perform regular quality checks and report issues for prompt resolution.
• Administrative duties: manage timekeeping, attendance, and performance records.
