Job summary

Heritage Tractor is seeking a dedicated Facility Coordinator in Aledo, IL to support daily dealership operations. You will keep the facility clean, organized, and customer-ready, coordinate equipment staging and displays, assist with loading/unloading, and help maintain accurate inventory labeling and documentation.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, valid driver's license if driving is needed, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record if driving company vehicles is required.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment for assigned duties.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly work areas and equipment displays.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail for accurate inventory and equipment labeling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, professional dealership facility, indoors and outdoors.
• Organize and monitor equipment displays for proper positioning and identification.
• Load and unload equipment and deliveries safely using appropriate equipment.
• Label equipment for identification and inventory tracking.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with audits.
• Photograph equipment for marketing, inventory purposes.
• Stage equipment to support customer deliveries, sales, service, and internal workflows.
• Maintain showroom, parts, service, warehouse, and common areas.
• Communicate equipment or facility concerns to management and help resolve issues.
• Follow safety policies and regulations while performing duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned
