Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in facility services or related operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track facility services projects.
• Serve as primary contact for resident requests and service needs.
• Manage work orders and maintenance activities in CMMS.
• Support project coordination, contractor documentation, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support operations and customer service goals.
