Job summary

The Chickasaw Nation Health Facility Services Group 5 invites applications for a Full Time Facility Services Assistant at the Tishomingo Health Clinic. The role covers cleaning of assigned areas, floors, bathrooms, and common areas while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service. Training is provided and duties require lifting and exposure to cleaning agents as part of a busy health facility

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• High School, GED or Equivalent.
• Pass general background check
• Standard Driver's License
• Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned area
• Cleans and sweeps floors
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
• May empty ash trays
• Disposes of trash
• May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks
• Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas
• Sweeps, mops, dusts, vacuums and performs basic cleaning and janitorial procedures
• Dusts, polishes, and cleans furniture in common areas and other areas as requested
• Cleans windows, doors, mirrors, glass partitions, baseboards, jambs, trim and walls, maintain sanitization of restrooms, empty and clean waste receptacles
• Mixes various cleaning agents and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Maintains equipment and materials used to fulfill tasks and replenish supplies and keep simple records of work performed and materials used
• Uses safe and sanitary work practices when cleaning facilities and using cleaning chemicals
• Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
• Maintains and promotes professionalism
• Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
• Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards

Summary

Performs any combination of cleaning tasks for assigned areas and facilities within the CNDH to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
