Job summary

Winstar in Ada, Oklahoma is seeking a Part Time Facility Services Assistant to support the Ada Travel Gaming facility. The role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks across hospital, gaming, manufacturing and office areas to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

You will provide courteous customer service, follow safety rules, complete training, and work in a collaborative team. The position emphasizes reliability, adherence to schedules, and proper handling of cleaning supplies

Qualifications

• Essential: Vacuum cleaner, basic equipment, knowledge carpet care.
• Essential: Janitorial equipment and supplies.
• Education: High School, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service to internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
• Maintains and promotes professionalism
• Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
• Adheres to dress code standards
• Cleans assigned area including floors, bathrooms, waste disposal and may clean exterior areas
• Sweeps, mops, dusts, vacuums and performs basic cleaning and janitorial procedures
• Dusts, polishes, and cleans furniture in common areas and other areas as requested
• Cleans windows, doors, mirrors, glass partitions, baseboards, trims and walls, maintains sanitization of restrooms, empties waste receptacles

Summary

Performs any combination of cleaning tasks for assigned areas and facilities, including hospital, gaming, manufacturing and office environments, restrooms and corridors to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
