Job summary

Winstar is seeking a full-time Facility Services Assistant to join the CS Facility Services Unit 12 team at Chickasaw Nation Housing Division Sulphur Office. Working hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

The role focuses on maintaining clean and sanitary facilities, supporting guests, and upholding safety standards. Responsibilities include cleaning assigned areas, bathrooms, floors, and surfaces, using cleaning agents, and keeping records of supplies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safety guidelines.
• Pass general background check and possess a valid Driver's License. Gaming license/permit as required by position.

Description

Summary

Performs any combination of cleaning tasks for assigned areas, restrooms, and corridors to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned area
• Cleans and sweeps floors
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
• May empty ash trays
• Disposes of trash
• May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks
• Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas
• Sweeps, mops, dusts, vacuums and performs basic cleaning and janitorial procedures
• Dusts, polishes, and cleans furniture in common areas and other areas as requested
• Cleans windows, doors, mirrors, glass partitions, baseboards, jambs, trim and walls, maintain sanitization of restrooms, empty and clean waste receptacles
• Mixes various cleaning agents and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Maintains equipment and materials used to fulfill tasks and replenish supplies and keep simple records of work performed and materials used
• Uses safe and sanitary work practices when cleaning facilities and using cleaning chemicals
• Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
