General Security Services Corporation (GSSC) is seeking a Government Facility Security Professional in St. Paul, MN. This role supports critical government site security, including patrols, monitoring CCTV/alarms, reporting, and ensuring policy compliance.

The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and professional conduct while adapting to varied shifts and site requirements. Training and advancement are available within a supportive security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clear driving record.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass state & federal background checks and drug screen.
• Meet licensing requirements for security personnel where applicable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organization.
• Complete GSSC Basic Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and customer service at an assigned government facility.
• Perform interior and exterior patrols; monitor CCTV and alarms.
• Respond to calls, document activities, and generate reports.
• Maintain visible professional presence and enforce post orders.
• Coordinate with staff, vendors, and responders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all client contracts and regulations.
