Job summary

General Security Services Corporation (GSSC) is seeking a Security Officer for night shifts to protect client sites and maintain safety. You will patrol facilities, monitor alarms, and enforce post orders while providing excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must pass State & Federal background checks.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site.
• Patrols assigned site on foot and checks for hazards or security violations.
• Enforces required security regulations per Post Orders and the Facility Security Plan.
• Responds to client inquiries promptly and maintains professional conduct.
• Monitors CCTV and alarm systems and ensures they are functional where applicable.
• Generates clear written shift reports and supports a safe work environment.
