Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required.
• Completion of FSO course of instruction.
• Thorough knowledge of NISPOM and DoD security guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial security experience.
• Minimum 2-year college degree.

Responsibilities

• Implement industrial security program to meet DoD and customer requirements.
• Interface with personnel and government staff to ensure compliance.
• Conduct security reviews and self-inspections for risk mitigation.
• Monitor clearance investigations using DISS, NBIS and related systems.
• Deliver periodic security briefings and newsletters.
• Provide guidance on operations security and policy modifications.
