Job summary

TCOM, L.P. is seeking a seasoned security leader to develop, implement, and sustain comprehensive industrial, personnel, insider threat, physical, and classified information protection programs in line with the National Industrial Security Program and DCSA requirements.

You will serve as Facility Security Officer for a cleared facility, advising organizational leadership and coordinating with government security representatives to ensure ongoing compliance and risk management across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of total security experience with at least 5 years as an FSO or similar role.
• Active in-scope TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience developing and implementing security/risk management programs.
• Experience completing SCI nomination packages and indoctrinations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of sensitive and classified activities.
• Lead Insider Threat Program Senior Official duties, training, reporting, and coordination with leadership and government security reps.
• Develop security plans, perform self-inspections, and maintain control over sensitive material.
• Ensure compliance with company and government requirements.
• Manage DISS/NBIS, Visit Requests, personnel security inquiries, and e-QIP initiations.
