Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT is seeking a security professional to maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, staff, and hospital property. You will monitor premises, patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, assist during emergencies, and enforce hospital policies with a focus on excellent customer service.
Requirements include a high school diploma, Montana Private Security Guard License, and current BLS certification, with a valid MT driver's license

Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, employees, medical staff, and hospital property. Monitors hospital premises, patrols assigned areas, responds to security incidents, assists during emergencies, and helps enforce hospital policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service. Participates in emergency preparedness activities, drills, and disaster response efforts. Maintains confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and hospital policies.
Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned. Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency. Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.
