Job summary

Benefis is seeking a Facility Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations at our Great Falls, MT campus. You will supervise security personnel, coordinate emergency responses, and investigate incidents to keep patients, staff, and visitors safe.

The role requires a Montana Private Security Guard License, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 3–5 years of healthcare security or related experience. BLS certification is also expected.

The only thing missing is you!** Responsible for overseeing daily security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, employees, providers, and hospital property. This position supervises security personnel, coordinates emergency response activities, investigates incidents, and assists in maintaining compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and security procedures. Serves as a leader and resource for the security team while promoting excellent customer service and professional conduct. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, HIPAA requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations. Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
