Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience of correctional staff.
• Additional supervisory experience may substitute for education.
• Knowledge of custody methods, facility rules and supervision techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors overall security operations of the facility.
• Ensures staffing levels for all shifts/posts and staff/inmate safety.
• Promotes compliance with applicable policies, procedures, rules and standards.
