AEVEX Corp. is seeking a Facility Security Officer 2 for our Dayton, OH site. This onsite role focuses on implementing and maintaining a robust security program aligned with regulatory requirements and government policies.

You will lead risk-based security initiatives, train staff, protect PII, and coordinate with government representatives to safeguard personnel and assets. An SSO/ISP background is preferred and Top Secret/SCI clearance eligibility is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in the industrial security field.
• Experience in managing lab spaces.
• Experience working with government information systems of record and a general understanding of personnel security investigation requirements is required.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain the security program using a risk-management approach.
• Provide briefings through public speaking, trainings, and written guidance.
• Process and protect PII and other sensitive information with proper reporting responsibilities.
• Apply physical and procedural security measures with minimal impact to operations.
• Prepare, maintain, and protect auditable records for U.S. Government representatives.
• Oversee access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV systems.
• Manage access of vendors, consultants, and contractors to the facility.
• Collaborate with Export Control, Facilities, and IT to formalize security programs.
• Conduct investigations and issue disciplinary guidance as needed.
• Interact with business groups, senior management, and government reps.
